Foreigners who want to enter the Republic of Korea can conveniently fill out their e-Arrival card online in advance, which must be submitted during immigration.
* Filing is available starting 3 days before arrival in Korea based on Korean Standard Time

Select electronic/paper arrival card
Those who have submitted the e-Arrival Card for the Republic of Korea do not need to fill out a paper arrival card, as the e-Arrival Card holds the same validity as the paper arrival card.

e-Arrival Card for the Republic of Korea is free.

e-Arrival Card issue number
The issuance number of the e-Arrival card will be sent to the declarant's e-mail. Although you are not required to bring the e-Arrival card for entry inspection, it may be helpful if you know the issuance number.

Number of people submitting e-Arrival Card
When completing the e-Arrival card on a PC via internet, you can submit up to 1,000 people at once. However, when using a smartphone (mobile web), the maximum number of people that can be submitted at once is 9 people.

View/edit e-Arrival Card
After submitting the e-Arrival card, if the purpose of entry, stay information, or departure date changes, you can check and edit the information on the official website (www.e-arrivalcard.go.kr) before Korean immigration inspection. (The arrival date can only be corrected within 3 days from the initial submission date. )

Validity of e-Arrival Card
After 72 hours from the time of submission of the e-Arrival Card, validity is automatically lost, and the same applies if you have already undergone immigration in the Republic of Korea. (When re-entering the Republic of Korea, you must submit an arrival card again)

e-Arrival Card /K-ETA
The e-Arrival card is a system that allows you to conveniently submit your arrival declaration form online, replacing the previous paper-based submission. As this is a separate system from the Korea Electronic Travel Authorization (K-ETA), please be sure to avoid any confusion.

Other matters
If you submit false information on e-Arrival Card, you may be subject to penalties or entry restriction according to relevant Korean laws. The same will be applicable to cases where false or inaccurate information is submitted on behalf of the applicant.
