Holders of a valid Seafarer's Book who are registered as foreign crew entering Korea and are passengers on flights or ships joining a vessel docked or scheduled to dock in Korea
Crew members disembarking after contract termination to leave Korea as passengers, along with their families (spouse and children under 17)
Those with dual nationalities who have Korean nationality must also undergo immigration inspection with their Korean passport (not required to fill out an arrival card)
Those who hold a valid Korean residence card
