  • STEP 1. Agree to terms and conditions and enter email

    After agreeing to the terms of collection and use of personal information, the declarant must enter his/her (representative) email address twice. However, a person aged 14 or younger cannot be a representative declarant.

  • STEP 2. Enter passport information (Up to 9 people)

    After registering passport information by taking a photo of the passport and uploading the file, the declarant must check again to see if the information has been entered correctly. If the passport scan is not proper, you can also enter your passport information directly.

  • STEP 3. Enter travel itinerary

    Enter the declarant’s accurate arrival/departure information, purpose of entry, stay information, occupation, etc. If there is a valid Korean visa, the visa information (place of stay, contact information) can be linked directly.

  • STEP 4. Check Information

    Before submitting e-Arrival Card, please check again to see if the passport and travel information have been entered correctly.
    If the information you entered does not match, you can correct it directly.

  • STEP 5. Submit (Check PDF file and email)

    The declarant can save or print the information on e-Arrival Card submitted (including the issue number) as a PDF file. In addition, if the declarants’ email address is entered, the submission information will also be sent by email.

  • STEP 2. Enter common information

    Enter the declarants’ accurate common arrival/departure information, purpose of entry, and stay information. The common information you entered can be applied to the declaration list (grid) in bulk and written.

  • STEP 3. Enter passport information (Up to 1000 people)

    After checking the entered common information and the number of people for declaration, please register the declarants’ passport information. You can conveniently fill out personal information by uploading passport photos. You can directly edit personal information and travel information in the declaration list (grid). However, you can fill out the group e-Arrival card only on a PC.

  • STEP 4. Check Information

    Before submitting e-Arrival Card, please check again to see if the passport and travel information have been entered correctly. If the information you entered does not match, you can correct it directly.

  • STEP 5. Submit (Check PDF file and email)

    The declarant can save or print the information on e-Arrival Card submitted (including the issue number) as a PDF file. In addition, if the declarants’ email address is entered, the submission information will also be sent by email.
